Australia in May 2027: themes from the sky
These are broad themes for Australia in May 2027, read from the chart cast when the Sun entered Mesha, from the country's founding chart and from any eclipse in the month. They describe tendencies in public life, not fixed events.
Mundane readings here stay with themes and timing windows. They say nothing about any public figure and do not try to name particular events.
The year chart (Mesha Sankranti)
- Cast for
- Lagna
- Vrishchika (Scorpio)
- Lord of the year chart
- Mangal (Mars) in house 9
The solar year began on 14 April 2027, when the Sun entered Mesha. In the chart cast for that moment at Canberra, Scorpio was rising.
Mars rules the rising sign and so sets the tone of the year's chart. It stands in the 9th house, which keeps higher learning, beliefs, long-distance travel and trade far afield in focus through the year.
Planets that stand out
Venus in the 4th house brings comfort, the arts and easier agreements to land, housing, farming, the season's weather and the mood at home.
Saturn in the 5th house brings slow, patient work, tighter budgets and some delays to education, the young, the arts, entertainment and the share markets.
Jupiter in the 9th house brings growth, support and wider opportunity to higher learning, beliefs, long-distance travel and trade far afield.
