Nepal in October 2029: themes from the sky
These are broad themes for Nepal in October 2029, read from the chart cast when the Sun entered Mesha, from the country's founding chart and from any eclipse in the month. They describe tendencies in public life, not fixed events.
No founding chart is used for Nepal on this page, so it reads from the Mesha Sankranti chart cast for Kathmandu and from the eclipses.
Mundane readings here stay with themes and timing windows. They say nothing about any public figure and do not try to name particular events.
The year chart (Mesha Sankranti)
- Cast for
- Lagna
- Kumbha (Aquarius)
- Lord of the year chart
- Shani (Saturn) in house 3
The solar year began on 14 April 2029, when the Sun entered Mesha. In the chart cast for that moment at Kathmandu, Aquarius was rising.
Saturn rules the rising sign and so sets the tone of the year's chart. It stands in the 3rd house, which keeps communication, the media, transport links and dealings with neighbours in focus through the year.
Planets that stand out
Jupiter in the 8th house brings growth, support and wider opportunity to shared resources, taxes, insurance and sudden shifts in public finances.
The founding chart
No founding chart is read for this country: there is no agreed time for it, or it is older than the charts here can reach.
Planets changing sign
- Shani (Saturn) enters Mesha (Aries)
On 5 October 2029 Saturn moves into Aries, the 3rd house of the year chart (communication, the media, transport links and dealings with neighbours).
Saturn here tends to ask for patience, restructuring and careful budgets in these matters.
- Surya (Sun) enters Tula (Libra)
On 17 October 2029 Sun moves into Libra, the 9th house of the year chart (higher learning, beliefs, long-distance travel and trade far afield).
The Sun's month puts the official side of these matters in the light.
- Mangal (Mars) enters Dhanu (Sagittarius)
On 27 October 2029 Mars moves into Sagittarius, the 11th house of the year chart (lawmaking, alliances, gains and shared hopes).
Mars here tends to speed things up and raise the temperature of public debate.
