Singapore in September 2021: themes from the sky
These are broad themes for Singapore in September 2021, read from the chart cast when the Sun entered Mesha, from the country's founding chart and from any eclipse in the month. They describe tendencies in public life, not fixed events.
Mundane readings here stay with themes and timing windows. They say nothing about any public figure and do not try to name particular events.
The year chart (Mesha Sankranti)
- Cast for
- Lagna
- Kumbha (Aquarius)
- Lord of the year chart
- Shani (Saturn) in house 12
The solar year began on 14 April 2021, when the Sun entered Mesha. In the chart cast for that moment at Singapore, Aquarius was rising.
Saturn rules the rising sign and so sets the tone of the year's chart. It stands in the 12th house, which keeps public spending, foreign investment, ports and work done out of sight in focus through the year.
Planets that stand out
Jupiter in the 1st house brings growth, support and wider opportunity to the country as a whole and the general mood of its people.
Rahu in the 4th house brings new and unusual directions, with some confusion along the way to land, housing, farming, the season's weather and the mood at home.
Ketu in the 10th house brings a quieter, inward turn and the letting go of old patterns to governance, institutions and the country's standing in the world.
