United States in February 2067: themes from the sky
These are broad themes for United States in February 2067, read from the chart cast when the Sun entered Mesha, from the country's founding chart and from any eclipse in the month. They describe tendencies in public life, not fixed events.
No founding chart is used for United States on this page, so it reads from the Mesha Sankranti chart cast for Washington DC and from the eclipses.
Mundane readings here stay with themes and timing windows. They say nothing about any public figure and do not try to name particular events.
The year chart (Mesha Sankranti)
- Cast for
- Lagna
- Meena (Pisces)
- Lord of the year chart
- Guru (Jupiter) in house 9
The solar year began on 14 April 2066, when the Sun entered Mesha. In the chart cast for that moment at Washington DC, Pisces was rising.
Jupiter rules the rising sign and so sets the tone of the year's chart. It stands in the 9th house, which keeps higher learning, beliefs, long-distance travel and trade far afield in focus through the year.
Planets that stand out
Mercury in the 1st house brings busy talks, paperwork and brisk trade to the country as a whole and the general mood of its people.
Ketu in the 4th house brings a quieter, inward turn and the letting go of old patterns to land, housing, farming, the season's weather and the mood at home.
Saturn in the 5th house brings slow, patient work, tighter budgets and some delays to education, the young, the arts, entertainment and the share markets.
Rahu in the 10th house brings new and unusual directions, with some confusion along the way to governance, institutions and the country's standing in the world.
The founding chart
No founding chart is read for this country: there is no agreed time for it, or it is older than the charts here can reach.
Planets changing sign
- Mangal (Mars) enters Dhanu (Sagittarius)
On 11 February 2067 Mars moves into Sagittarius, the 10th house of the year chart (governance, institutions and the country's standing in the world).
Mars here tends to speed things up and raise the temperature of public debate.
- Surya (Sun) enters Kumbha (Aquarius)
On 13 February 2067 Sun moves into Aquarius, the 12th house of the year chart (public spending, foreign investment, ports and work done out of sight).
The Sun's month puts the official side of these matters in the light.
